My passion for bodybuilding and nutrition developed around 13 years ago. Since then, I have learned a lot, tried things out myself and helped many people achieve their goals and integrate an active, healthy lifestyle into their lives without pressure. I work as a fitness trainer and instructor in the gym and as a nutrition and fitness coach online.

Sport has been with me my entire life. Whether it's team sports, dance or fitness, an active lifestyle has always been important to me. Over the years, I have not only acquired trainer licenses and knowledge, but also gained a lot of experience in training myself. As a fitness trainer and online coach, I support people every day to achieve greater well-being.
In a short conversation via video call or phone call we will get to know each other briefly. This appointment is non-binding. We will then decide together with you whether we can imagine working together.
We will create a very individual plan for you (training/nutrition/ both) that takes you, your needs, goals and your everyday life into account.
You have the opportunity to have us adjust the plan again within 8 weeks.
In our lifestyle coaching, you will also receive a digital workbook tailored to your needs, which will holistically support you in establishing new routines and letting go of unhealthy habits.

Every week there is a personal appointment lasting 20-30 minutes via video call, phone call or voice message. Together we discuss how the week went and what will happen next week.
In addition to the weekly check-ins, we are available daily via Whatsapp. We are available at any time and will support you throughout.
